My First Final Visit

Wednesday June 21, 2023 -Day 20- The day is finally here. It’s my day to meet with Dr. Johnston about a plan for heading back to CO for a break in between my first and second rounds of chemo. I’m so excited. I didn’t sleep well I’m so excited. I’m totally done with Rochester for a bit. I’m drained. And the worst part is I’m taking it out on my parents. There intentions are so pure and truly positive, but I continue to get caught up with small details and respond in sharp and insulative ways. I’m working on it.
